Notice is hereby given that the Port San Luis Harbor District is requesting sealed bids to provide crack seal, seal coat, and re-stripe of main Avila Beach Parking Lot, located on 1st Street, and Post Office parking lot, located on 2nd Street, in Avila Beach, CA. Instructions to Bidders for the Invitation to Bid (ITB), including Project Scope and Bid Form, are provided at www.portsanluis.com or can be obtained by contacting Natalie Teeter at nataliet@portsanluis.com.
Pre-bid site visit (optional): 10:00 A.M., Monday, March 14th, 2022. Meet in the Avila Beach Parking Lot near the Avila Beach Post Office (near 191 San Miguel St., Avila Beach, CA).
Sealed bids must be received at the Harbor District’s main office at 3950 Avila Beach Dr., P.O. Box 249, Avila Beach, CA 93424 by Friday, March 18th, 2022 at 1:30 P.M., at which time bids will be publicly opened. Bids received after this date and time will not be accepted.
NOTE: There is no direct U.S. Postal Service mail delivery to the District’s office. The District will not be responsible for receipt of bids submitted to the mailing address. Postmarks are not accepted. No faxed or emailed bids will be accepted.
The District reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
