The Port San Luis Harbor District (“District”) is seeking qualified California law firms with experience in public agency and special district law to provide General Counsel legal services to the District. The selected firm will advise the District on matters related to California special districts, harbor and port law, public agency governance, and the California Harbors & Navigation Code. This RFP aims to identify experienced legal counsel to support the Board of Commissioners and staff on a wide range of legal issues.
