COVID-19 CLOSURE INFORMATION

AS PART OF THE HARBOR DISTRICT’S EFFORTS TO MITIGATE THE SPREAD OF COVID-19, THE FOLLOWING ARE CLOSED AND THESE CLOSURES WILL REMAIN IN EFFECT UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE:

  • AVILA PIER

  • SWINGS AND SLIDE ON AVILA BEACH

  • FIRE RINGS ON OLDE PORT BEACH

  • FISH CLEANING STATION ON HARFORD PIER

SPORT LAUNCH: MUST WEAR MASK OUTSIDE OF VEHICLE


PERMITTED USE AT ALL BEACHES (AVILA, OLDE PORT BEACH, FISHERMAN’S BEACH):

  • ACCESSIBILITY TO AVILA BEACH, OLDE PORT BEACH AND FISHERMAN’S BEACH ARE OPEN FOR LIMITED EXERCISE AND RECREATION.  

  • DUE TO THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC, SOCIAL DISTANCING GUIDELINES WILL BE ENFORCED.

  • PLEASE REMEMBER TO FOLLOW THE GOVERNOR’S "STAY-AT-HOME" ORDER WHEN CONSIDERING RECREATING AT OUR BEACHES.

  • BBQ'S/BONFIRES

WATER TAXI SERVICE IS LIMITED TO TWO PATRONS PER RUN, AND ESSENTIAL TRIPS ONLY.

FAT CAT’S CAFE AND MERSEA’S RESTAURANT ARE OPEN WITH LIMITED OUTDOOR SEATING AND FOR TAKE-OUT ORDERS.
