Fuel

Guest Moorings
Rental moorings are available for $10 per night for vessels up to 35 feet; $15 per night for vessels up to 85 feet. Rental moorings have a 14 day limit. Contact the Port San Luis Water Taxi Operator at (805) 305-4796 or Harbor Patrol using Marine Channel 12. -

Water Taxi
For water taxi service, contact Port San Luis Water Taxi Operator at (805) 305-4796. The Harbor District is currently offering this service free of charge during the following schedule: Thursday through Monday with scheduled runs at 7:00 a.m., 9:00 a.m., 11:00 a.m., 1:00 p.m., 3:00 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. [On Tuesdays and Wednesdays, emergency-only shuttle service will be provided by the Harbor Patrol department at a charge of $10 round-trip] - Mooring Information

Pier Fishing
Port San Luis has two public fishing piers, Avila Pier and Harford Pier. Thanks to the open ocean conditions, clean water, and an abundance of bait fish, these piers enjoy excellent fishing opportunities.
In the Spring, you can fish for halibut, salmon, and mackerel. Rockfish, sharks and barracuda are caught in Summer and Fall. There are bait and tackle shops on both piers. No license is required when fishing from either of the Port San Luis piers. If you decide to do some surf fishing, however, you must obtain a fishing license. Various types of fishing licenses are available from either of the sportfishing offices. -

No Reservations - first come first serve basis.
There are five areas for recreational vehicles:
- Woodyard turnout
- Nobi Point turnout
- Babe Lane (10 full hook-up sites)
- Overflow RV Camping
- In addition, camping is permitted in a portion of the Coastal Gateway trailer boat parking area, when not otherwise needed for vehicles with trailer boats.
Self-serve payment can be made at Iron Rangers located at Woodyard turnout, Babe Lane, RV Overflow area, and next to Space 32 (near the Harford Landing sign) in the Coastal Gateway area.

CAMPING FEES:
- $60 per night – FULL HOOK–UP SITES (Coastal Gateway & Babe Lane)
- $40 per night – DRY CAMPING (Nobi Point, Woodyard, and Overflow)
The following rules apply:
- 14-day maximum stay
- No tent camping available
- Campfires are prohibited
- All pets must be kept on leash
- Excessive noise prohibited
